Joe Kottke is FeedBurner's director of network operations where he oversees network, systems, and security operations. He has over a decade of expert knowledge across operating systems, UNIX applications, network technologies, and protocols. Previously, he held technical roles at a variety of companies including Morningstar, Interpublic Group, Organic, and Fallon McElligott. Joe was a founding member of Geek Squad, a 24-Hour Computer Support Task Force® that focuses on computer and network support where he held the title of "Mission Specialist," badge number 22. Joe received his Bachelor of Arts from the University of Minnesota. He was named most improved on the cross-country ski team in high school.
